Hello and Welcome. This page is dedicated to the new and ever-so-great label, Scratchie Records. The label was start in June of 1995. Jeremy Freeman (who is the president of Scratchie) and Jamie Stewart came up with the idea of starting the label. They wanted it to be a dance label, but that soon changed. They brought in D'Arcy and James Iha of the Smashing Pumpkins to become co-owners. D'Arcy's Husband, Kerry Brown, who is the drummer of the band Catherine also got in it. Ivy singer, and guitarist of Fountains of Wayne, Adam Schlesinger was welcomed into the label. Scratchie isn't just about one certain type of music, it ranges from all kinds. When ever you get a chance make sure to check all there artists out. You won't regret it!
